Los Angeles is among the cities where rent has gone down.

The number of people who moved out of big cities like Chicago and LA went up 68% in March 2020.
Landlords temporarily offered discounts to lure them back, but have since raised rents higher than ever. 
But there are 10 US cities where rent for a 1-bedroom apartment has actually gone down in the last year, according to Rent.com.

Change in rent (from August 2021 to August 2022): -14.1%
