LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 1133 14th St., Suite 4300, located within the Four Seasons Private Residences Denver. The sale of this 5,210-square-foot urban flat, located directly under the building’s Penthouse, was brokered by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker Adam Moore, and is notable for breaking several industry sales records. The luxury residence went under contract in two weeks, and closed within 30 days for $5,300,000, cash.

Additionally, the sale marks the highest priced resale located within the Four Seasons Private Residences Denver to date.
