Anna Huffman, 43, was driving a minivan when it was rear ended by a black Ford pickup, according to Lakewood police. The crash, which involved six vehicles, happened about 7:15 a.m. at the intersection of West Alameda Avenue and Oak Street.

Five westbound vehicles, including the minivan, were stopped at a red light when the chain-reaction collision happened, police said. A young boy in the van, the only passenger, was taken to Children’s Hospital in Aurora.

The driver of the Ford truck was taken to a hospital. That driver was not identified. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
