Owners Angie Emslie who is an education social worker, and her partner Paul Fyfe, who is a teacher, are now doing up a fisherman’s cottage in Cruden Bay and believe the time has come to pass on their sound investment.

They fell in love with the property six years ago, and believe it would suit a range of prospective new owners.

“ We hadn’t even sold our house when we brought the flat, that’s how much we loved it,” said Angie.

“It seemed a bit mad at the time but were so impressed with the space on offer.

“At the time we had a kitchen where you couldn’t swing a cat, so it was brilliant to have the room on offer.”

The dining kitchen will no doubt be the heart of the home.

It has a refreshing modern look with ample work unit space.

Head through to the lounge which is the perfect spot to unwind, and there is a feature fireplace for cosy winter evenings.

“The bedrooms are a brilliant size and it has been a really tough decision to sell up,” Angie added.
