Located in the welcoming Deeside community of Aboyne, Tigh An Allt offers wonderful family accommodation in a lovely setting.
Fiona Stevenson, property administrator at Mackinnons, says the four-bedroom, two-public room detached house provides a very “peaceful and quiet” living space.
Overlooking the Tarland Burn, the house is ideally situated for easy access to the village, which is well served by primary and secondary schools, a sports centre, hotels, restaurants and a good range of shops.
Fiona added: “The property is close to village amenities but it is tucked away in a quiet location.”
The modern house features an inviting vestibule which provides access to the neutrally decorated hallway and spacious lounge with fireplace and bay window overlooking the front of the house.
Fiona says the immaculate décor and homely feel add to the property’s charm.
The double bedroom also has built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a white suite and large shower.
There are three further bedrooms, a family bathroom and contemporary kitchen fitted with a wide range of cream-coloured base and wall units with ample room for a table and chairs.
The spacious kitchen is Fiona’s favourite room because “it is light, bright and modern with sliding doors providing easy access to the paved patio outside which is perfect for entertaining.”
New residents will be able to enjoy peaceful walks around the village as well as a lovely viewpoint in the garden.
Fiona said: “The garden is a tranquil area to sit and enjoy the sun, wildlife, birds and squirrels with an open outlook to the rear.”
While the rear garden is stocked with bushes and shrubs, the front garden is mainly laid to lawn.
There is also a garden shed for storage of gardening equipment and tools.
Fiona thinks a family or professional couple who like to entertain would love this house.
